A mother-daughter duo, opened Another Fun Day-Care in 2022 in Ontario, California. The duo have always had dreams of opening a child care center for many years. Ebony and Essence both share a passion of learning, careing, and seeing the children be happy because it brings joy. Caring for children involves love and laughter, and a few tears…a magical experience. Ebony’s favorite part of caring for children is ” allowing them to freely participate in fun activities that will allow them to learn in their preferred learning method, watching them learn to share and make friends. Seeing them grow each day, whether they are learning to walk or learning to count, I am proud of every child who attends our program. Essence states ” I believe that children are the future of the world and I can have a positive impact on their growth. Being able to improve the children’s learning abilities, independent skills, and witness their developmental milestones is what I look forward to each and every day”. Together, their experience and education will provide your child with a loving, safe, and enriching environment.

Ebony and Essence both strive to create a space where children feel they are at a home away from home.. Verbal skills are encouraged through group discussions and one-on-one conversations between providers and children. Teachers play a crucial role in sparking children’s interest and critical thinking through well-timed questions. Another Fun Day-Care values partnerships with families to understand cultural backgrounds and heritage, fostering cooperation and mutual respect. We maintain an open-door policy to ensure effective communication while respecting privacy and confidentiality. Additionally, our daycare focuses on instilling a sense of community responsibility in children as they transition from self-centered to caring for others. A key goal is to nurture each child’s self-esteem to prepare them for future learning.

The mission of Another Fun Day–Care is to nurture the whole child in the areas of intellectual, physical,emotional, social and spiritual development. Our passion is to instill in each child, a love for learning as we partner with the family in building a foundation for life-long education. A foundation for life-long education. The center recognizes that children go through predictable stages of physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth and offers a wide range of experiences, including dramatic play, math, art, music, language, and prereading/writing, to nurture their development.
